Michel Goubard’s family has grown wine in the village of Saint-Désert since the 17th century, and his sons, Pierre-François and Vincent, proudly continue the tradition of quality at this venerated Côte Chalonnaise domaine situated on Mont-Avril.
This wine has a tender and beautifully fruity character. Very smooth, with the right balance between tension and richness with hints of flowers, it goes well with cold meats or lightly fried fish. It can also easily be enjoyed as an aperitif, or with French pastries.
