Andrew Minor Wines 'Hai' Pinot Noir Reserve 2023
Other notes
"'Hai' is an Otomí word that means "land" or "earth". The Otomí language language spoken in Central Mexico. A place my ancestors called home. It's a lost language and Indigenous culture that my family has connections with and are starting to learn more about. We chose to introduce our community to this word as it has such meaning to the wines we produce. Our Reserve Pinot Noir comes from some of the oldest soils in the Willamette Valley, sourced from Carlton Hill Vineyard which is located In the heart of Yamhill-Carlton AVA, in Oregon. Carlton Hill Vineyard is an 11-acre, Pinot Noir–exclusive, LIVE and Salmon-Safe Certified site that helps us produce an exquisite wine that we are very proud to share. We only made 25 cases." - Andrew Minor & Cassie Salinas
