The is produced with only Moscato d'Asti grapes, one of the oldest crops for Santuario's territory, and has a pale straw yellow color. The nose is clear, ample and aromatic, with notes of yellow peach, grapefruit and exotic fruits. The palate is sweet and fruity, slightly savory with a pleasant slightly sparkling finish.
