Pure Pinot Noir bursting with ripe red fruits and a subtle savory spice/tea accent. Cherry, raspberry and cranberry flavors make this one totally gulpable.
Primary fermentation in open top tanks with some stem inclusion. Malolactic and aging in a combination of stainless steel tank (80%) & French oak barrels (20%) for 10 months.
