Henri Bourgeois 'En Travertin' Pouilly-Fumé 2022
Tasting notes
'En Travertin' is concentrated and very fruity while also being stylish and elegant. Sauvignon grape variety is the most dominant aspect of this charming wine. It displays its elegance, fruitiness – white fruits, light citrus – and is very persistent on the palate.

Fresh and clean with aromas of green apples, white grapefruit and gooseberries. It’s focused and linear with a medium body, bright acidity and nicely restrained citrus fruit. - James Suckling, 90 pts
Lemon in color, this wine has a nose of chalk-frosted, fresh green apple, white nectarine, quince and lemon zest. The palate has lively acidity that refreshes and continues through to the end of the taste along with a tinge of field herbs. Pair with quiche, scrambled eggs, poultry and other white meats. - Wine Enthusiast, 90 pts
