Son of Man Someday Summer Vermouth

Son of Man Someday Vermouth is made in partnership with Someday Bar in Portland, Oregon. For this summer's iteration, we made Tempranillo rose from Underwood Mountain, fortified it with distilled cider, and flavored it with fresh produce and dried botanicals. This year’s Summer Vermouth features ancho chile, grapefruit peel, hibiscus, and a half dozen other botanicals. A refreshing late afternoon sipper on an ice cube, or your summer's best spritz with a splash of Cava. Limited production.
