Foundation Cellars Ransom Note 2019
Tasting notes
This is the fourth vintage of what started as the darker opposition to our MMX wine, and is the "left-bank styled" counterpart to Rusty Cage. As the "captor" it continues to win hearts and maintains a devout following. This is a full-bodied, deep and dark garnet wine that delivers black currant, fig flavors with hints of baking spices, cigar box, and pencil lead.
