Bodegas Emilio Moro Ribera del Duero 2021
This wine, bearing the name of its creator, is the alma mater of the winery. Ever since the harvest of ‘98, this mark refers to wine produced using medium-aged vineyards, although Emilio Moro previously used it for crianzas and reserves. Made using grapes from medium-aged vineyards. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures, with subsequent ageing in French and American oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Deep garnet red in colour, on the nose it is serious and elegant. The evolution in the glass translates into an increase in intensity and aromatic complexity where the fruit continues to be the backbone of the nose of the wine. On the palate it has a well- structured body with ripe, silky tannins, easy to drink and a persistent aftertaste.
