Burghound 92-94 Points: Not surprisingly this is aromatically similar to the Jarrons though with more floral influence. There is however notably better mid-palate density to the beautifully textured flavors thanks to the mouthcoating dry extract that also serves to buffer the firm tannic spine shaping the powerful moderately austere and hugely long finish. I would strongly advise not opening a bottle for at least a decade and this should ultimately repay 12 to 15 years of keeping. (Drink starting 2033)
Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy 90-93 Points: More crimson than purple. What a high-class nose I just want to keep smelling it. The 2021 Dominode depicts a brilliant sense of balance with the fruit coming across in waves good acidity some orange notes within the strawberry fruit long and very stylish. Drink from 2026-2031.
