The Jérôme Fornerot estate was created in 2004, with 4.5 hectares of vines in the Santenay and Maranges appellations. In 2013, Jérôme acquired his first plot in Saint-Aubin.

Located at the southern end of Saint Aubin on the edge of the grand cru Chevalier Montrachet appellation. The ground is limestone, deformed and pierced in places forming like dog's teeth (Dents de Chien). This south-facing plot was planted in 1988 on 75 acres.
