Covington Cellars Rough House 2021
Rough House is Covington Cellers' red table wine and was named after proprietor David Lawson's Naval Reserve Unit. Initially encouraged by those friends and fellow service members to start the winery, David felt it was only proper to make a wine to commemorate that. Although Rough House has worn several different labels over the years, they are always patriotic in nature. This Right Bank Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Franc & Merlot is a lively wine with bright red fruits and a touch of herbaceousness.
