Highest vineyards in Alt Pènedes at over 1400 feet; 60 year old vines planted in limestone and gravel soils; berries hand selected both in vineyard and at sorting table; whole cluster pnuematic press; 1st and 2nd fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks; aged 3 months in 225L used French & American oak barrels, aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks; bottle aged 6 months before release; certified Organic CCPAE grapes.
