Emilio Moro Polvorete 2021

Polvorete is a wine that was created to showcase the marvels of the Godello grape to the world. It is a lively, young and fun wine which is easy to enjoy.  Fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless- steel tanks.  Straw yellow in colour, on the nose it has a base of white fruits characteristic of the variety, with light citrus notes that bring freshness. Despite its youth, there are hints of ageing on lees and a certain minerality. On the palate it is a wine of great balance between acidity and body, it is easy to drink and has a pleasant and refreshing aftertaste.
