Tasting notes
Salmon colored with violet highlights, with a slight effervescence and a delicate foam. The nose is dominated by aromas of mashed strawberries and cherries. The red berries are followed by spicy notes with black pepper and rosemary. When tasting, its delectable sophistication invites you to pair it with a berry crumble, turkey breast with rosemary and basil or a tomato tartar and mint hake.
