The cuvée Les Mussettes belongs to the single-parcel range. Its purpose is to illustrate the terroirs of our vineyard. Les Mussettes represents the historical terroir of Mesnil sur Oger, featuring a deep soil composed of colluvium. This type of soil provides a slow ripening process for the grapes, resulting in a delicate and profound aromatic profile. It also imparts a great salinity on the palate due to the continuous contact of the roots with the chalk.
